Kindergarten Readiness Program

Studies show that children who attend high-quality preschool programs:

• Start kindergarten with more skills
• Can focus better on doing and completing tasks
• Have better social, verbal and number skills
• Are more likely to do better in school for years to come

This program gets children ready to go to kindergarten with fun and enriching activities suited to your child’s age and development. We make the most of every child’s natural desire to learn by providing plenty of opportunities to explore and to learn as they play. We plan each day (the schedule, pace and content) according to recognized principles of early childhood education and the California Department of Education prekindergarten standards. Our goals are to:

• Create an environment, curriculum and experiences that stimulate each child’s physical, social, emotional, learning and creative growth
• Foster their self-esteem and develop a joy of learning
• Introduce them to skills and activities that get them ready for an easy, successful transition into kindergarten.

Daily lesson plans include language and early reading, writing skills, math, science, social studies, art, health and safety, character development and physical activities. Children work in groups and independently.

3 quarterly sessions, each covering different skills.

9am to 11am with attendance options of:

Monday through Friday (5 day a wk): $250 per month

Tuesday through  Friday (4 days wk): $200 per month

Tuesday through Thursday (3 days wk): $175 per month
